        Hi there

        I wrote acouple of weeks ago about my unit. being an 8000 in a FWCase

        I have now been sent a new great, however

        There is a fleck of silver on the screen and was wondering how to remove this without damaged the screen.

        Does it have a factory plastic seal on it or is that the LCD?

        It may be trapped inside the unit if so how easy is it to access the screen?

          On a new unit there is a peel-off protective film.

          Otherwise,  everything depends upon exactly where your fleck is.

            Is there an obvious pull tab plastic like on a mobile?

            There is no plastic tag but the screen is matt?

            I have attached a picture its centre top right

              The plastic is pretty obvious – you would see it if it was there.

              See if you can pick it off with your fingernail or something else that won't damage the plastic. Otherwise contact support@eventide.com
