      I'm brand new to this!! So far I LOVE the presets on the H9. My question..on the windows version i'm having no luck with buying new stuff. I can listen to demos but the "try" and " buy" boxes are "dark" and unresponsive. Any help would be appreciated! THANKS

      Well, there are different reasons why the buy and try buttons might be inactive. If you don't have an H9 connected, they'll be inactive. Or if you're trying to buy an algorithm but you don't have new enough software on your H9 to run that algorithm, they'll be inactive.  (This is possible with Resonator, EQ Compressor, and Looper…)
