      Hello there

I’m having an issue regarding MIDI control

I have a Modfactor that i want to place on the effects loop of my amp, while i’m controlling the preset change with a BOSS-ES 5 foot-switch contoller

I also want to have presets that make the unit bypassed so i’m inserting “125” for the modfactor in my first boss preset and it all seem really great. modfactor is bypassed!

The problem though occurs when i change to another preset that ALSO has modfactor at “125” value (BYPASSED). Instead of keeping modfactor bypassed, it tunts it to ACTIVE.

How can i keep modfactor bypassed when i’m changing from one preset to another using my BOSS footswitch. I repeat. both BOSS presets have modfactor in BYPASS mode.

      Thanks in advance.

125 toggles the bypass state, as you have found out. You should instead use 126 or set up a MIDI map entry for [BYP].
