CAN NOT FIND LICENSE KEY

  So i just bought 3 license with order number
  ORDER #EVT35625 for ultrachannel

  But when i try to “click get license key” it say error. and i try to look under my products stil cant found it. I also look in my iLok still no eventide. can you guys explain it to me?

Please note that after some investigation it appears the system has flagged your orders. This is probably due to the fact that you are purchasing the same plugin 3 times. Please contact store@eventide.com for further assistance.
