Can the H3000 replace my Eclipse?

Hello,

 

I’m looking for opinions here. I have an Eclipse currently (which I love!) and am considering getting the H3000 plugin to “replace”it. I use it in live situations as well as studio stuff. I’m looking for options where I dont need to lug around hardware and the computer. It would be nice to have the option to only need the computer in a live situation. Can the H3000 do what the Eclipse does for me? I mainy use pitchshifting, delay and filters on the Eclipse.

It's hard to say. It's certainly not a drop-in replacement. There will be some algorithms from the Eclispe that you could get reasonably close to, but certainly not everything, and they won't necessarily sound the same.

My recommendation would be to try a demo of H3000 Factory, and see how it compares to the Eclipse patches you are trying to replace.
