I’m looking to get a new audio interface and have a good deal on a used MOTU Ultrallite AVB. These have 2 dedicated high Z/guitar inputs (+6 line inputs).
I need to use all 8 inputs and the rest of the stuff that would go into it is fairly high output, synths, drum machines, etc so I hope the H9 might be a better match for them. Would the H9 work well plugged into the high Z inputs?
In case it’s relevant, I’m using the H9 in an effects loop routed via the interface, so I’m not plugging a guitar straight into it (going via an Iridium amp/cab sim), but I use the H9 on all my equipment at times.
