cannot deregister h9

Im trying to deregister one of my h9's. I logged into my account and it says 'thanks for verifying this device belongs to you' 

I then go to deregister and it says ' could not be deregistered. The given device is registered to another owner. 

I did purchase this h9 secondhand but it was deregistered and i registered it to my account…

 Please help??

Could send an email to support@eventide.com with the serial number of the H9 so that we can look it up and see what the story is?
