Cannot update PitchFactor

      When I try to update my PitchFactor to version 5.0.0, the update utility gets to the "erase" step of the process and I get the error message:

      Failed updating device PF-XXXXX.

      Error updating device.

      Please reboot your device and try again.

      Same results when I try again. Any suggestions?

      Please send a message to support@eventide.com and let them know what kind of computer you tried on and what kind of computers you have available. We have several different updating utilities, and if one doesn't work, we can always have you try another…

      Thanks for the response. Another quick search of the forum and found the answer. While booting up the PitchFactor, hold the middle button down to startup directly in update mode. Did the trick!
