Can’t find pedal calibration on TimeFactor

I just discovered instructions for calibrating an expression pedal at https://www.manualslib.com/manual/755990/Eventide-Timefactor.html?page=32

But that option doesn’t show up under Utility for me. I’ve got software version 3.0.0. Do I need to upgrade? Or is that an old feature that was scrapped?

I’ve been trying for years to get an expression pedal that doesn’t instantly jump from 0 to 60/100, and this feature sounds killer! Thanks

Thanks for your response!  i just went to the manual and didn’t see how to look up Firmware. Could you explain how to look it up to me? I can tell you serial number is  TF-00748 and software version is 3.5.0(4).  I’m looking into T9 control now – i don’t know what that is.   I’ve been using my expression pedal for probably over a decade and really like the functionality of that.  Problem arouse when pushing the pedal all the way down it doesn’t go to max value.  which disallows one from programming the pedal 🙁

never mind i figured it out.  Previously when i had went to the update page it gave me two choices in versions: the 3.5.0(4) and a 5.whatever.  I chose the 3.5.0(4) because the 5. version says it’s for H9 which I don’t use.  I just updated with the 5. version and PedCal is there.  Thanks for your help. I also think i learned that “firmware version” is synonymous with “software version”?

What's your TimeFactor's firmware version? Have you tried using H9 Control with your TimeFactor?

Yeah. The 5. is the latest firmware/software version. And with the latest firmware, you'll be able to use H9 Control to remotely control, manage presets and change settings for your TimeFactor.
