Cant register eventide timefactor

Hi mods

I have a problem registering my eventide timefactor.

When i try registering, the system appears as " invalid serial number"

Is there a way to solve this problem as i want to update the software of my timefactor

Sorry you are having trouble. First, be sure that you are entering the serial number correctly and fully. If this fails, then contact support@eventide.com, giving your name and serial number.
