      I just got a used Timefactor yesterday and I am trying to register it online in order to update the software but I keep getting the error message that there was an error when trying to register and to contact support, which I did.  Was wondering if anyone else had this issue.

      Common problem. It is probably still registered to the previous owner. You need to either ask the previous owner to unregister it or get in touch with technical support which you said you have already done. I had this same problem recently and support switched the ownership and registered the product for me within two days. Don't worry, I'm sure tech support will sort it for you very quickly.
