Can’t Register The Product

      Hi, I was trying to Upgrade my PitchFactor Stombox(2nd handed) to V3.  However I couldn't register the product. after I've filled the Serial Number. These following message have been shown.

      *A system error occurred while registering your product. Please contact Eventide support.

      Hi,

      Either drop an email to Support@eventide.com or get the previous owner to de-register from their profile.
