      Hi I bought an H9 off eBay used and the previous owner says he deactivated his unit but it's still says registered to another user when I try to log in and synch it. I tried emailing support but still haven't heard back from them. Problem is I have a gig tomorrow and I was planning on using the iPad along with the unit on the gig so I need this solved ASAP. Any suggestions?

      Send an email to support@eventide .com with the serial number of the H9. Someone should get to it in the morning.
