Change Presets (not Programs) via a foot switch?

I’m really enjoying my H90.  It’s a stellar box that loves synths.  However, I’m having a workflow issue that am hoping someone can help me with.

 

Is it possible to change Presets via a foot switch, when using the H90 as “2 effects processors”, (2 mono aux sends & 2 stereo aux returns) on a mixing console?

 

I’ve set the H90’s Routing Mode to “Dual”.  I select a Program, then press the Routing button & turn Quick Knob 1 to “Post”.  Now Input 1 feeds the first Algorithm & Input 3 feeds the second algorithm.  Everything works as desired thus far.

 

…Problem is, changing Programs switches the unit back to either a Series or Parallel configuration, based upon the Program.  This requires me to manually have to change the routing on each preset, every time it is selected.  Obviously, this is not desirable/useable when trying to use the H90 as “2 effects processors”, being especially awkward when scrolling through Programs to select one.

Is there maybe a bank of Programs specifically meant for “2 effects processors” configuration (with no series or parallel routing used)?

 

…If I switch a Preset to Pre/Post routing configuration, then press the Presets button, I can turn the PERFORM dial to scroll through the various Presets….    …but is there any way at all to change Programs (likely not, as routing is saved with the Program) or Presets “hands free”, i.e. using with foot switches instead of having to scroll with the PERFORM dial?

Hello,

There is no option to change individual presets within a Program remotely and there is no global routing option so that the pedal is always in pre/post routing in dual mode.

Your best option would be choosing a new list as a starting point for the programs you want to create, manually change the routing to pre/post for however many Programs you need on this list, and saving them with that routing configuration. Then when you load a new Program from this list, it will have the correct routing.

There are some Programs in the “Pre-Post” list that have this routing configuration by default. You can also use the favorites tags for your Programs that are saved with the routing you like.

Thanks for the response tbskoglund.  Kind of thought that might be the case.

All good.  When I have a lot of free time, I’ll have to just start modifying/writing my own presets into a new List.  They’ll probably be better for my purposes that way anyway.

I also appreciate the heads up regarding the “Pre/Post” list and suggestion to tag programs as favorites.  I never thought to do that.
