      iPad Pro 11.xx – H9 Control – H9 MAX

Soundbrenner PULSE – a Bluetooth Metronom.

      did this:

go to settings – Connect Midi Device – Midi Device: The Metronom by Soundbrenner

Pedal Settings: MIDI Settings – MIDI Clock – Enable MIDI Input Clock YES. etc.

Soundbrenner Pulse is recognized, but has zero effect/control over MIDI Clock.

      no idea why…

any hint would be very appreciated 🙂

It's likely that the H9 is ignoring MIDI clock sent that way.  Trying to send MIDI clock over Bluetooth will cause problems with your Bluetooth connection to your H9.  MIDI clock can generate hundreds of messages a second, which will interfere with the app trying to communicate with the H9.  Plus, even if that were not the case, there would be so much jitter added to the MIDI clock sent this way that the tempo value would be unstable and fairly unuseable.

thank you – so its clear: midi over bluetooth makes no sense 🙂 only midi clock sending wired will make sense, isn’t it?
