Controlling H9 with auxswitch and Mission SP-H9

      Hello everyone , maybe this question is not the firs time
      I have this
      -eventide H9
      -eventide Pitchfactor
      -midi connection
      – mission SP-H9 pedal
      -JSFX 3 aux switch
      – 1 TRS cable patch
      -1 TS cable patch

      What the best scenario To control H9 with extra aux switch and with expression pedal

      Can I put the extra switch on TF and then command the H9 via midi connection ?
      Or I put 3 aux switch on mission so-h9, but I lost those 2 extras switches
