        I just got a new MicroPitch and decided to do the update that the Eventide Device Manager told me was available. When clicked update the Device Manager window close and when I rebooted the pedal all of the preset lights are flashing. Nothing works and I cant get it to reset. Anyone run into this before?

          Power on the pedal while pressing down on the Tap footswitch and TAP LED. It will go into update mode. Open up EDM again and conduct the update once more. The pedal should work again.

            That did it!

            I just noticed that the process is in the FAQ if I would have read through the whole thing. Sorry about that frown.
