Power supply just blinks, but nothing on the H9. Considering how much it cost, I am thinking it's likely best to get it right on back to Sweetwater.
I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience. That's disappointing.
If you want to send it back to Sweetwater either to return it completely or to replace it, please do so. One thing that occurs to me though is that we test every H9 thorougly before it leave Eventide, but we don't test the H9 together with the power supply it ships with. The power supply shouldn't be blinking. So, it sounds like that's the problem. If you'd like us to send you a free replacement power supply, you could just send an email to email@example.com with your address, your phone number, the serial number of your H9, and a link to this forum thread.
