can any iPad mini users tell me if its screen is large enough that it will show all the effect knobs on one screen w/out having to flip the page like on the iPhone?

Yes, you can see all of the knobs on one screen on an iPad mini.

It works great on the Ipad mini in portrait you can see all the knobs although I’ve tended to use mine landscape just seems to make more sense for me.
