Hi there, just got myself a Blackhole pedal. Downloaded the EDM and was initially able to see the device and control the parameters/switch the presets.
However, upon clicking on the Settings tab (can’t remember the name, but can’t go back to look at it while not connected!) I got an error message and then lost connection and I’ve not been able to locate the device from EDM since.
I don’t believe I need to press any buttons upon booting up in order to enter USB mode as I didn’t need to the first time round and the quickstart manual mentions nothing about it, so not sure what to try next?
