      my encoder does not display the nine effects by turning the knob. it was working fine but know it wont move to a knew display. is ther any help out there?

      Try "Restoring Factory Settings," as described in the UM. If this fails, try "Restoring Factory Effects Presets and System Settings," but note that this will erase any of your presets – you should back up anything important first.

      If this fails, it's probably a hardware issue – support@eventide.com.
