Eventide Direct Updater

      I am attempting to update my “Modfactor” and “Space” stompboxes and it is not working. I have done the following in an attempt to troubleshoot the issue:

      • Downloaded “Eventide Direct Updater OSX 10.10”

      • Connected my Macbook Pro (w/ Yosemite) to the stompbox via USB

      • Opened EDU

      ***FAIL***

      • Created an account on Eventide

      • Registered my stompboxes

      • Retried the steps above

      ***FAIL***

      Ok, we were having some server issues on Thursday and Friday.  They were rewiring some cabling in our building and they accidentally took down the server that the updates are coming from.  That was most likely the source of the problem you were having.  (Sorry for the frustration!)  Everything should be working though normally again now.
