      Hi

      I'm a mac user and have just tried to update my space. It crashed during an update, and now when it is powered up it lights up for about a second, and is then completely blank and unresponsive. I have a feeling it may have deleted the software as part of the update then crashed when reinstalling. Has anyone else had this issue?

      Hold down the center switch at startup and see if you can get it into UPDATE mode – if you can, try the update again. If not, support@eventide.com
