Eventide Space power supply questions

I have an AC adapter that I am considering using with my Eventide Space.  Here is a picture of it:

Here are the specs for it:

12V DC
Center (tip) positive polarity

1.0A (1000 mA) current draw
12W nominal output

It appears to be the correct size (5.5mm x 2.5mm), the correct voltage, the correct polarity, and the amperage and wattage are sufficient (12V x 1A = 12W).  Can anyone see any reason why this would not work with my Eventide Space?  I want to be 100% sure about it before I try it.  Thanks.

We can only recommend the power units we supply, because of the amount of testing required.

This one looks like it is bigger than you need. Note also that if it is unregulated, it may produce a high voltage that can damage the unit. Also, if it is a switcher, it may produce audio noise. These are just some of the problems you may encounter. Or not.
