      Hi Carlos,

I believe we designed these pedals with the Ernie Ball VP Jr. in mind, so I'm a bit surprised that it isn't working. But no matter – I'll give it a go (we have TimeFactors and we should also have a VP Jr. somewhere…) and get back to you.

      Thanks,

      Nikhil

      Hello,

Everything's working on our end… I just want to clarify how you're supposed to plug everything in (it's a common issue for most people during first time setup). There shouldn't be anything plugged into the input of the VP Jr. – it should just have its output plugged into the expression pedal jack of the TimeFactor. The cable can be balanced or unbalanced. Your incoming audio goes to Input 1 of the TimeFactor, and your audio out is going from the TimeFactor's Outputs. If this is how you've set everything up, then try initializing your TimeFactor (during power up, hold down the middle footswitch and the encoder; the encoder is the knob that you turn for different algorithms).

      Thanks,

      Nikhil
