This has the option to program the nobs using the software, but not to program the expression pedal or the hotswitch using the software.

Are there any plans to add this to a later version of Factorlib?

Future versions will have more of this sort of thing, but can't give you a date at this time.

Note that many expression type things need to be set up with the pedal you plan to use, to a computer editor would not be as useful as you may think.
