      all of a sudden, when i try and load the presets from my time factor, it only gives me one preset,

      1:1 It didn't do this before, i have the latest firmware installed on my time factor.  any ideas?

      Try making sure you have the banks setting for more than one preset.

      Also, if you're only putting one preset in the pedal, it will only store one.
