        Hi @Eventide,

        i ordered the Gen2 set for my H9000.
        For whatever reason the package went to Africa, yet I live in Europe!!…bummer….

        Seems like once it leaves your premises no one cares as the package is stuck at customs for several days and is not moving. I don‘t know who did this, Fedex or you, but the shipping address I put is definitely correct and I can see it from my order in the shop.

        I have reached out to you through the store email address but no response. I would appreciate if someone could get back to me how to move on.

            Hi,

            first of all thanks for getting a swift reply. Really appreciated the fact that you guys just got back to me and just sent a new set of boards out on the same days with priority shipping to make up for it. The good news is that FEDEX just delivered some 2 hours ago – awesome, couldn’t be more happier about how generously and unbureaucratic you have handled things here. KUDOs to the people in the shop btw and thanks for a great customer experience. That said, I hope you are able to recover the one that went to Africa.
