When my PowerFactor arrived, the screws and hex key that attach the plate that screws into a Pedal Train was not in the package. I suspect that they fell out when the package was inspected by Customs.
I contacted Eventide support by E-mail and not only did I receive an immediate response, Poul Ciok also sent an E-Mail stating that the missing parts would be shipped immediately.
They arrived Friday
