H9 Active LED not working

Hello, the Active LED on my H9 suddenly stopped working and I can’t figure out why. The pedal seems to function fine otherwise, but I can’t tell if it’s active or bypassed by looking at the pedal. Any idea what might have caused this to happen? I have been running the latest software (5.9.1.0) for a while with no issues until now. Any ideas on how/why this happened, and what I can do to fix it? Please help!

Sorry, this seems like a malfunction. Please contact support@eventide.com. They will be able to determine what can be done to fix it. For now, apart from listening for the effect, using H9 Control will give you a visual cue whether the pedal is active or bypassed.
