H9 bluetooth suddenly stopped working

Hi

I used to enjoy bluettoh connection between my H9 Haval (make 2019, Diesel) and my phones (Samsung Galaxy S10+ and S20+) without any issue.

Today, I found my system completely reset:

• all radio presets erased
• wrong timezone
• bluetooth no longer working (my phones try to connect to my H9 to no avail).

I switched off my phones and the car several times, my phones can detect the haval Bluetooth, but each connection attempt fails.On the haval side, I cannot tap on the “Add new device” screen button (it is disabled).

I would appreciate your assistance.
