Having fits getting H9C to discover my pedal. Bluetooth device is a SB340. Deice Manager shows it to be using COM3 and COM4. If I select either one, H9C bombs "H9 Control.exe has stopped working…." No error codes, no nothing to help figure this out. Ideas?

As to why your current dongle doesn't work, it's hard to say. Some dongles don't support the correct Bluetooth protocol version. Others are using proprietary Bluetooth drivers that have problems…
