      I have experienced profuse crashing (ie 0% success rate) when I try to access the store via H9 control on IOS.

      Can anyone shed light on this issue?

      Well, we learned about an issue last week where if you have restrictions set on your iOS device that disable in app purchases the app will crash when you enter the store.  Do you have in app purchasing disabled?
