      Hello guys, I’m recently experiencing a problem with H9 Control software : when I launch it a blank window appers and it doesn’t start, it remains white.

      I’m a Windows 10 user with an Asus laptop and Windows recognizes the H9 pedal correctly

      I’ve tried to uninstall/ install it again, but this doesn’t solve my problem

      What can I do?

      Could you try deleting H9 Control's property file to see if this helps?  It's under:

      C:/Users/your-user-name/AppData/Roaming/H9 Control/h9_settings.properties

      Hi, I’ve deleted it, but is still doesn’t work

      How is the H9 connected to your Windows machine?  Using Bluetooth or USB?  

      I can remember a couple of users experiencing behavior like you described who were connecting their H9s to their computers over Bluetooth.  In their cases they were able to fix the problem by going to the Windows Device Manager and removing the H9 and then re-adding it.

      Restarting your Windows machine would also be worth trying if you haven't done so already.
