Cant't get my h9 pedal to work. Via blue tooth or midi with my laptop. I have error : Error code [sm_response_timeout],
running osx 10.11.6. did the software update with my phone , 5.4.1.
I can run the software on iphone but , it will eventualy stop responding.
Pedal is brand new,
Can't trust it. Never in a live situation.
You may want to reinstall the last update with your phone to make sure that there wasn't a problem with the update installing, and after doing so, it would be good to reset your H9s system settings by turning it off and then turning it on again with the right footswitch and the HotKnob switch pressed (the one in the upper left hand corner of the H9).
H9 Control's manual also has some trouble shooting tips regarding Bluetooth connectivity issues. One thing it mentions is that the Bluetooth connectivity is very sensitive to the power supply. So, it's important that you are powering the H9 properly with the provided Eventide power supply:
