H9 Dead Midi?

      I have an H9 that I’ve had for a while, but just now getting around to using midi. I can’t get it to respond to any midi messages passed via the 5pin din. I have a setup with a Helix and VoiceLive3. I can use the H9 control app vitually pass midi messages from the helix and it works fine. I also have the H9 set to Midi Thru and it’s not passing any data. Is the regular (5pin) interface dead? Do I need to send for repair?

      Note: I have the latest 5.6 firmware and have performed a complete factory reset.

      If you are using DIN MIDI, make sure that the USB is disconnected.
