      All of a sudden, stepping on the “Tap” button only causes presets to ASCEND.  I cannot get them to “DESCEND” by stepping on the big black encoder button in the middle. What do I do?

      Is the big black encoder button not clicking any more?  If you send an email to support@eventide.com, we can send you instructions on how to reseat it.  I think you just need a screw driver.  It's pretty straight forward.
