      Hi,

I’m trying to rejig my pedal board to work stereo.

I use a kemper and running a strymon timeline and H9 after the amp section.

Whilst the strymon is fine, i now realise the h9 is clipping and is not designed to take hotter line levels.

Is there a workaround to use the h9 in an fx slot post amp, or do i need to give up and save my pennies for an h90?

      Cheers!

      Hi uncuredporkpie,

Do you hear audible clipping or do you just see the H9’s red LED light up occasionally? The former is not good, but the latter is okay. As long as the LED is not solid red and you do not hear clipping, you are fine. The H9 has plenty of head room to work in most effects loops.
