My H9 no longer recognizes input signal. No LED, no signal in the H9 Control App. No idea what happened; I pressed Play and couldn’t figure out why a synth was muted.
I found a couple other people with the same issue but no solutions: after re-installing the latest software and checking everything I can, everything appears fine, it’s just not responsive. I can change Bypass mode to Relay and get sound in Bypass mode like that, but otherwise it’s silent.
