I have had the H9 since it came out; I am an early adopter. I have never had any problems with this pedal. All of a sudden, there is a static-like noise only when the algorithm is engaged. If the effect is off or I am tuning, it is dead silent as it has always been. I have updated the software and reset the factory, but I do not know what to do next.
Sorry you’re having issues with your H9. Please email support@eventide.com so they can provide you with troubleshooting guidelines and determine a course of action. That said, do you by chance have the H9 connected to a computer via USB?
