H9 Knob Popped off – help!

  Hey guys,
  
  When I opened up my pedaltrain case today, the big black knob/button on my H9 pedal has come off!
  
  when I put it back on, it doesn’t seem to sit correctly and doesnt let me use the button push function. This happened to anyone else?
  
  is there another piece in there that I’m missing? or perhaps a tricky way to put it back on?
  
  Any help would be appreciated!

  Could you send an email to support@eventide.com with this photo? We do have instructions on file for re-seating that knob that they can email you.
