      Hello,

       

      I have some problems with my H9 Max v5.0.1

       

      1.- When I enter in the Mode System(pressing and holding the HOTKNOB and the Right Footswich simultaneously for a few seconds) and turn the Knob nothing happens and I cannot scroll through the top level choices.

       

      2.- I cannot either select presets with the knob

       

      3.- I cannot either save/name presets because the Know does nothing. Nothing happens.

       

      Your help/advice regarding this would be very much appreciated.

      It sounds like you think you have a faulty knob. If the unit is still under warranty, you should send it in.
