Greetings to all,
Well,
i have a switcher/loooper with some basic midi capability ,
(harley benton fxl8 pro)
so far i really enjoying setting presets with a PC and a CC with my H9
and my problem is this,
I want to correspond the preset volume to a CC (not the input or the output volume of the stompbox)
but i cant understand which parameter is.
I see the parameter control knobs 0 to 9 but i dont know which one is which …
I read the manual and still couldn’t resolve it. Most probably i missed something….
Any help for a noob?

THe output level on the H9 is per-preset; is there a reason that wouldn't work for you? You should be able to control it with CC with the [OSW] (output swell) mapping.

My actual #1 request is mapping it to the HotSwich… but this interests me.
In the MIDI CC section you can assign “output Volume”… is this the Swell you refer to?
And is that global or per-preset?
I might need to look into this. Maybe a MIDI switch with the right CC value could be a boost, no?

If you're using H9 Control, then yes it's the output volume.
The output level is controlled and saved per-preset. SInce there are combinations of parameters that can change the level of the preset, it's useful as a way to adjust the presets back to an equal level.

Well i would prefer to leave the in/out levels of the pedal …unspoiled.
It is a matter of preference i guess… a thing that i caught from my…analogue past
But yeah ….since there is another way around i will do that.
I just hope this will be in company’s consideration in an upcoming update.
Thank you very much tstern !!!
