H9 Max registration problem

      When I go to register my H9 Max and input my serial number, a reply comes back saying that registration is not possible for this product, as it's not on the list !

      All the other stompboxes are on 'the list', so what gives ?

      Anyone have any idea why ??

      Hey, you have to use H9 Control to register an H9; you can't register an H9 on the website.  The main reason if I remember correctly is that registering an H9 makes it possible for you to control it via Bluetooth, and we didn't want to let people register on and be able to control it via Bluetooth unless we were sure that they had the device in their possession, which connecting to H9 Control verifies.

      I guess then, that I'll have to download the windows 'H9 Control' software and try again with a USB link to my computer.  Am I on the right track ??

      Sorry, but I am a not very computer literate old man !!  Sad

      Yes, you can download H9 Control from the H9 support page:

      Incidentally, you can also connect to an H9 from H9 Control on Windows using Bluetooth, but most Windows computers don't come with a pre-installed Bluetooth device.  Most people who want to connect that way have to buy a Bluetooth dongle.
