H9 no audio from output 1

On my new h9 im not getting any output from output 1 I can move the cable to output 2 and everything works fine. If I drive a lot of signal through output 1 it will finally allow signal to pass and it will work fine. Not sure what exactly is going on or if I just have a dud. I have messed with all the pre post dsp fx stuff but I’m at a loss as to what it might be.

Not sure what your problem is at this time. Please forget Pre/Post etc, until you have the basics working.

It would be helpful if you would tell us your inputs and outputs. Please be sure that you are using the latest software.

I am just using this in a mono operation input 1 to output 1 would be my preferred option but I’m not getting any output when using it like this in normal mode

Assuming your cables are good, it is hard to know what would cause this. There is a risk that it is a hardware problem, so if all else fails, contact your dealer or support@eventide.com
