H9 no signal

        Hi

        I have a problem, since a few days I can not use. Everything is connected properly. After connecting to the power supply is not lit green LED signal and the signal passes through H9 When you power up your computer is disconnected signal passes through H9

        Reset the device does not help.

          You should probably send an email to support@eventide.com about this as your unit might require repair.  So, previously the H9 connected to the computer fine, and now, it doesn't?  And how have you been powering the unit?

            thanks for the reply

            I have already written to support

            everything works, is to communicate with the PC but no signal

            the power supply is the original

              One mistake people sometimes make is to connect a single cable into input 2 instead of input 1. That's one thing you could check.
