        Hi, 

        I have two maxed H9’s , suddenly I only have the pitchfuzz algorithm on one pedal, on the othe says ‘available for 19.99.

         

        Should i buy it again? is supposed to be free when the pedal is maxed right?

         

        I already update both pedals, and no change at all

          Please try this: in H9 Control click the Settings button in the bottom of the app and go to 'Sync H9 with Server' (It might also be labelled Restore Purchases.) and try doing that with your H9 connected.
