H9 preset creation question

Is there a way to creat a preset where the distortion effect level actually decreases as you play your guitar harder? The overall level stays constant but the effect is only there when you are playing lightly. It would be the opposite of what you normally expect to happen.

Interesting premise.  I did that at once with the descending levels of a delay.  I’m afraid that you’re going to need additional hardware. One that outputs envelope follower over MIDI, or expression control.  Then bind it (inversely) to CrushStation or Sculpt.  Auto-level compression should keep the overall output constant.

I can’t think of an automatic way…but a quick and dirty would be to assign your drive to your exp pedal and roll it back manually.
