H9 registration issue

      Hello guys,

      I’m having issues with the registration of my H9 thru the control app.

      I created an Eventide account and then tried to link the product to it, but it says that it’s already registered with another user.

       

      Anyone can help me out please?

      Could you take a photo of the sticker showing the serial number of your H9 with your phone or whatnot and send it to support@eventide.com with a note asking us to deregister it?  We had some users give us the wrong serial number in the past.  So, we ask for a photo of the serial number now when deregistering a device.
