What is recommend as a 3 way foot switch that will best duplicate the behavior of the three onboard switches on the H90?
In particular they should be physically silent and function as momentary switches like the onboards.
Intended use is for setting up the 1 Button Looper as an aux foot switch
and for all the other momentary options like Freeze for example.
Some have mentioned:
EHX Foot Controller
TC Helicon Switch 3

Thanks Joe
I had just ordered the Digitech FS3X before seeing this
but from what users on the FB group have said it should work correctly as well
and has relatively quiet switches
Just to clarify- this is the only way to have a remote 1 Button Looper control correct?
I could not make it work by assigning to a MIDI foot controller

What problems are you having with MIDI?

Trying to use a Keith McMillan Soft Step 2 as a MIDI foot controller
and having issues making CC messages work with the Looper
(Thankfully PC messages are working fine for loading programs on the H90)
First I tried to assign a single button to use as a remote 1 Button Looper
but realized that you are supposed to assign 3 buttons to the Lopper controls
REC , PLAY , STOP and that the Dub happens when you hit REC again and EMPTY would need its own button if needed.
I Made sure I had all the assignments set properly on the H90
and it initially started to work but soon became unresponsive
I Made sure that the CC numbers were correct on both devices
and made sure the buttons were sending a value of 127 when pressed and 0 when released

I use a Digitech FS-300, works well for what I need.
I might swap to Disaster Area 4 button, so I can have pages to change the switch function, but I use an expression pedal in addition to the FS-300 and it’s already a bit much to focus on for one pedal on my board.
